Based on the design, size and layout of artwork provided, your full color name badges will be created in one of two ways:
- Digitally printed onto a plastic white badge that is 1/16" thick
- Sublimated into the substrate on durable 3/32” thick fiberglass reinforced plastic
Our staff prefers to select the best option for you based on the complexity of your design and send you a proof for approval prior to production.
Full Color Badges are available in two standard stock sizes below and include a standard pin-backing:
- 3”W x 1-1/2"H (your choice of square or rounded corners)
- 3"W x 2”H (your choice of square or rounded corners)
Popular special order sizes:
- 3”W x 1"H (your choice of square or rounded corners)
- 3"W x 1-1/4”H (your choice of square or rounded corners)
- 3" x 1-1/2" Oval
