Here are the legal requirements for the official notary public seal as outlined by the State of Arizona:
    Arizona State Legislature, 41-313; 41-321

    • has the name of the county in which the notary is commissioned
    • the name of the notary as it appears on the notarial certification
    • the great seal of the state of Arizona
    • the expiration date of the notarial commission.
