Here are the legal requirements for the official notary public seal as outlined by the State of Georgia:
  1. must contain:
    (A) the notary public's name exactly as indicated on the notary public's commission certificate;
    (B) the words "Notary Public";
    (C) the county of appointment and the name of the state
